Deadlift PR

In October 2024, managed a deadlift PR of 305lbs US

Nine months later, including a considerable wrist surgery along the way

315lbs US for one.

Sort of technically two. I did two rounds of 1 rep just to try and make sure I was keeping overall solid form.

We’ll see how my back feels soon in case I didn’t have great form. I suspect I’ll be fine.
