Recommended books for metabolic health.

As I have likely demonstrated on this blog, I have been paying a lot of attention to what I found out to be my metabolic health, since last summer. I have done a lot of reading on the topic to help my own metabolic health in the end, and these are the books that I feel have been the most beneficial to my growing knowledge. These four talk about metabolic health like insulin and insulin resistance, blood sugar, type 2 diabetes, and ways to help manage, control, and reduce those issues through carbohydrate limitations as well as fasting to reduce frequency.

Below are a couple of bonus books that I feel add to and aid with when you are consuming, and how to stymie some of the effects.
