3rd time in a week, that I’ve been back to a gym. Focusing solely on left arm/wrist stuff. Sorry right arm. Thinking I’ll stick with this routine as a whole, until perhaps my 6 week followup, before I try returning to even balanced routines. That’ll get me past my remaining physical therapy sessions as well.…
