In October 2024, managed a deadlift PR of 305lbs US Nine months later, including a considerable wrist surgery along the way 315lbs US for one. Sort of technically two. I did two rounds of 1 rep just to try and make sure I was keeping overall solid form. We’ll see how my back feels soon…

Michael Beckwith he presents to clinic for recheck of his left wrist. He has been attending formal therapy and is progressing well. He rates his pain 0 out of 10.
